Took a long route to get there.....was only 17 when he graduated and had no D1 offers, went to a prep school for a year and signed with Evansville. Evansville fired their coach after he signed so he reopened his recruitment and ended up at Delaware. Redshirted in 2018-9, was a rotational player in 2019-20 before suffering leg issues the second half of the year. In 2020-21 worked himself into the starting lineup before being sidelined the rest of the year (except for one game at the end of the year). Sat out all 2021-22 with an injury and the first fifteen games this season. Played in his first game in twenty-two mnths today, getting in for 5 minutes in the Blue Hens 75-64 loss to Charleston. I believe so. I do think there is such a thing as a charge, but it isn’t when you grab your junk and take a dive before, during, or after the offensive player gathers. If it were out of the game, why wouldn't an offensive player just bump his way into the lane? Conversely, what keeps a defender from undercutting a player if there is no block/charge? Quote
