First the mid-major thing and now UVA?

I wonder if Joe thinks North Carolina is a title contender?

Virginia has done this with only getting 3 and 4 star recruits. Yes they have had a history of getting beat in the tournament. This year I think might possibly be little different with their balance of athleticism in Hunter to go with the shooting that Guy and Jerome bring unless they play Duke.

You do realize that your opponent then gets another 10 possessions as well right?  That statement in and of itself doesn't make any sense.

All you can do is put yourself in a position to win year in and year out.  If Virginia continues to do that, they will eventually break through.

Corey Maggette names in the Duke rape case. Odd this isn’t getting as much attention as the lacrosse teams did years back(which was complete bs in the end). From Izzo to Coach K? How much does this tarnish his career?

I think if it’s a one off thing it doesn’t. Izzo and the Lacrosse team we’re both thought to be continual.

ESPN did a 30 for 30 on the lacrosse scandal and that was more than just the university who was involved but yes it was BS and is exactly why Title IX is bull crap.

Can anyone stop these guys? This is reminding me of 2008 when they came into Bloomington in late February having won 11 in a row and leading the Big Ten, and we managed to beat them. I doubt that happens again this time.

Looking better than anyone not named Duke. They have the best player and best shooter in the country...makes things A LOT easier. Wont be surprised if they're Final 4 bound this year unless they're put in Duke's region.

Aaron Wiggins (Maryland) has the ball outside the 3-point line on the left side. He takes a couple dribbles to his left, then takes a hard step toward the basket, throwing his defender off balance, then steps back and fires a 3. Nothing but net. 

We have nobody on our roster who can make that play. Nobody.

Is the NBA trend of wearing white on the road making its way down to college? Just flipped over to MSU-Wisconsin and didn't understand why the crowd didn't react after a MSU player hit a three, thinking it was a Wisconsin player.
