Amazing what can happen when teams actually go on the road before conference play.

 

This will probably never happen, but I think the NCAA selection committee should require all teams to play at least one road game out of conference. I'm tired of seeing programs like Kentucky dodging road games and using their youth as an excuse.

I don’t mind it. It’s up to the coach - not playing on the road will only hurt you when it matters.

I didn’t find him to be disengaged earlier. He’s playing more aggressively, and I think the whole team is really gelling and having fun now.

It was nice seeing his relieved reaction after that three rattled around the entire hoop and in. He’s been ice cold from three this year.

That and the turnovers are the only knocks on his game. Would be good for him to demonstrate more dominance on the defensive end. He plays well and smart, but Green is far more active and dynamic there in my opinion.

He’s looked better defensively the past 2 games. As of now he’s averaging 0.8 steals and 1.1 blocks. If he would play the passing lanes a bit more aggressively he could easily gain a steal or two. He has opportunities to do so and hasn’t taken them.

His entire game could be more impressive if he played more aggressively. But he’s someone who it comes so naturally to so maybe it’s something he’s learning still. I’m really excited to see the game where he just decides to take over. You can tell me we have not seen his best yet.

Agree! Also, Wooden never gets enough credit for being the father of modern day pay to play and cheating in recruiting. The fact that his legacy is sooo cannonized, but conveniently leaves that part out, I believe has done nothing but pour gas on the dumpster fire that fairness in the ncaa has become.
