If Miles Bridges is still in the league, Giddey gets a slap on the wrist at most. https://www.sportingnews.com/us/nba/news/josh-giddey-thunder-allegations-nba-investigation/d577e35a1d9c069053620f31 Almost sounds like since the CBA doesn't mention anything he may not be able to do anything unless some state law comes into play. Oklahoma age of consent is apparently 16. So is Australia, where he's from. Doesn't appear to be breaking any laws. It's weird, if my 16 yr old daughter was dating a 21 year old I'd be irate. If my 20 year old was dating a 25 year old I'd be more or less indifferent. It's not the age gap but the age of the girl that is the problem. No clue how a 16 year old could possibly have the decision making abilities to consent to an adult.Sent from my SM-G996U using Tapatalk BtownStrength 1 Quote

If that's the case then they need to send a statement imo. Slippery slope from this to the Karl Malone level of inappropriate relations.Sent from my SM-G996U using Tapatalk Quote

KingPG21 Posted December 1, 2023 Posted December 1, 2023 Ty desparately needs a better #2 guy. Teams are throwing everything at him late in games. They do not have another player who consistently creates anything on their own thebigweave 1 Quote
Alford Bailey Posted December 1, 2023 Posted December 1, 2023 Oscar gets called up. Averaging 19.2 points and 18.5 rebounds LOL! Set a Mad Ants record with 26 rebounds. WayneFleekHoosier 1 Quote

Sent from my iPad using BtownBanners mobile app Wholeheartedly agree! Wasn't that long ago, Coach's and GM's were salivating over a kid like Kofi Cockburn. Someone needs to draft Edey, and flip the bird to the opponent, and say I'll take my 65-70% 2's, over your 25-35% 3's. Work more on his mobility and strength to somewhat guard the perimeter (he was a hockey player), because not many guys are going to handle him on the block. Someone needs to take the plunge! I know people fear his defense but he’s a workhorse with no injury history. He breaks the mold in his own way. A Yao Ming without injuries. Everty player that I just listed more than makes up for not being as strong wih being much better athletes or having amazing length. jokic would check him. Jokic's hands defnneisvely are elite, and just trying to bang into him is idiotic. Steven Adams would destroy Edey. You are overrating a slow, unathletic big that beats up on kids in college. Quote

A few of those could hold their own. Edey isn't a talent like Yao was obviously but at 7-4 300, he's just a massive that can move dudes. He'd have his way on the block with a guy like Bam though. Just like he did with TJD 1 on 1. Capela, Carter, Mobley, Allen are too small. Gobert and Towns are Charmin soft. Valanciunas could hold his own. I'm not sure if any NBA players could throw a proper post entry pass honestly. You're treating him line he's Tacko. Think more like a better Boban. Quote
