Kawhi is going to LA. If the Pacers wanted him, they shouldn’t have traded him to the Spurs for George Hill. That was an all-time blunder. Kawhi and PG on the same team? Wow.

How are there still people out there that we haven't corrected yet???

The Pacers didn't draft and trade Kawhi. We traded the pick for Hill. The Spurs made the pick. We wouldn't have taken him anyways.

That doesn’t make it any better. The Pacers passed on the opportunity to draft a top ten player for George Journeyman Hill. Still an epic blunder in player evaluation. Think Kawhi would have made a difference against LeBron in the playoffs??

That's easy to say in hindsight, I guarantee you weren't saying that then. Kawhi was extremely undeveloped coming out, nobody knew he would turn into what he did. And for that matter, there's.a good chance he might not have had he gone elsewhere.

All 3 IU guys in the Washington-Sacramento game are riding the pine. That’s great for recruiting. Sacramento just had Duke, Duke, Kansas, UNC and Oklahoma on the court.

Terrible IU can point to recent basketball players that are making millions. That's embarrassing.

Actually playing has some importance. Yogi ended up getting done PT in the first half. Got 12 minutes. But Bryant has played a total of 9 minutes so far this year, even with Dwight Howard out. Williams has played 5 and all of those tonight. Vic, Cody and EJ have solidified NBA careers. But everyone else has work to do. Indiana hasn’t ever been a hotbed for NBA talent anyways though.

Indiana has really never produced any significant NBA players outside of Thomas. Second tier is Vic and maybe some older guys I’m not thinking of. Gordon third tier. Then.... well not much.

Calbert played 13 years.  Benson played 12 years.   Woodson played 10 years.   No, they’re not hall of famers,  but they outstayed a lot of other draftees.

I believe that Thomas fellow turned in a decent NBA career too but... we need to have 30 all-stars in the league ASAP.

Mentioned Thomas. Indiana has put plenty of just fine basketball players in the league. Would definitely help to have more guys like Vic improving the brand of Indiana by succeeding in the NBA. Hopefully he can keep up his level of play from last year...

Compare that to what Duke, Kentucky, North Carolina, UCLA Kansas have put into the league. Out of the blue bloods... we have been the farthest behind. We get a couple... but that’s about it. If you asked a recruit where Zeke went to college, they’d have no idea. You ask about Vic, they’ll likely know. A reason that tradition can’t be your one and only selling point. Robert Johnson had no clue about Indiana’s past arriving on campus.

UK and Duke sure...... who is the last great Tar Heel in the NBA? When people think Westbrook do they really think UCLA? Embiid was at Kansas for one year.... UNC and UCLA definitely aren't NBA factories like UK, Duke, and to an extent Kansas
