I don't mean this in a bad way ...and it is not directed at anyone. But what keeps someone at a junior college or even a Div2 school from taking a scholarship just to get a better degree (and again not accusing anyone) but "fake" an injury just to have a scholarship to a way better school/degree? Its shady I know, but is there a clause that a school has that does not sound like they are being an arsehole by stating if you dont play within a certain amount of time you could be cut without people crying foul?

Holt was also with April, along with Priller.

 

Is it me.. or does Holt and Priller... look.... tiny? Should be interesting watching them go against some of the other bigs in the B1G..

Yeah, there is no way to say it without offense, but Priller and April are not D1 Big Ten caliber no matter what.

It is not their fault, and I will root for them the same way as I do all Hoosiers.

However they were desperation additions and not likely to contribute in any on-court fashion at IU.

Here we go again!  Some want to run off the players they perceive to not be good enough NOW instead of waiting until they actually play a game or have a few years to develop.  We need to develop some bigs into upperclassmen! One of the reasons we are not winning is we don't have enough experienced players!

I won't continue down this road but I've expressed my thoughts on Hartman, Priller, and April. I won't talk about it anymore, but let's revisit this in a year or 2 and see where we stand.

I disagree with the Holt tiny thing altogether. As a Frosh he is built reasonably well and has legitimate height. Look at recent twitter pics of the team at the Hospital.

Let's just wait to actually see the guys play before throwing them off the team! People around here want players to stay four years and want leadership, they accuse Crean of running players off, but now some of you want to run these guys off the team already. Holt will be a solid pickup and Priller can develop into a player that would smoke us on another big ten team
