Indianapolis Colts Off-Season Thread

I think this is the year the Colts finally crap out and finish 6-10 (probably 4 of those wins will come against the division). Each year Luck has been here, I've felt the team was fortunate to win as many as they did, and that might be catching up with them. The Colts screwed up this offseason by going for the big names instead of fixing what was really broken. It's like buying a new house and filling it with fancy furniture and accessories before the roof is finished. It looks great on a sunny day against Jacksonville, but floods quickly in a New England downpour.

Hopefully someone can quote this in a few months and tell me how wrong I was, but this looks an awful lot like Manning's fourth year (when he threw 20 picks and Mora got fired).

I never expected this kind of start but kinda felt the same. Just kinda blah about where this team is headed.

We were 0-2 last year, but you could see promise. I have not saw any promise as yet, this season. Luck has been bad, Johnson is miserable, the defense is in trouble, Moncrief and Gore are the only ones showing anything, and we have forgotten the tight ends.

I am not a Colts fan but I have watched both games... and I would say no reason to panic... I think many are grossly underestimating the 2 defenses they have played against so far.

Colt's are not helping themselves by having a lot of penalties... Gore would have probably double his yards for the season if it were not for penalties. Luck will get it going (he is just that good), and I do still think Johnson will have a good year, he may not have the ability to create separation from the elite corners in the league but for the majority of the season he will still be better than the corner he is up against (assuming TY takes every teams #1).
