I don't know if he's even interested in IUFB but the production of Sarratt and Coop helps the cause. Somewhat small, but runs a 4.3 40yd, so would fit right in a Coach Cig/Shanahan offense. Quote

Commitment status doesn’t really change anything. You can do whatever you want until you sign regardless of a coaching change.
