Agreed.  I miss I’m not that upset about if it’s gonna be our lead guard.  We are in a weird position with so many key spots graduating again this year.  We need guys that are ready for that action.  Freshman, especially in groups aren’t likely the answer.

It's not an either or situation with any of Allmond, Taylor, or Thompson. IU wants all 3

Wherever he lands I’m gonna sort of follow this kid just for my own curiosity. Saw him play twice live and a couple of games streamed last year and I just don’t get it. He’s not untalented, I just don’t see what’s special. He has a really deliberate stroke and needs space to get it off. He’s really physical but he doesn’t have a particularly quick 1st step so he’s constantly playing through guys because he can’t get a shoulder ahead. He plays hard, he moves and cuts well, he doesn’t stop the ball, which his McDAA teammate Isaiah Harwell did all the time, he competes on defense. But a lot of kids do that. I am just as happy with Moody as I would be with County, probably more so because Moody has PG traits and County doesn’t. But he has a really good list so I guess I’m missing something.
