This staff has their type and they stick with it. Looks just like 6 and 17. Maybe a bit more open field speed, but not a burner. Another really solid player.

RB by committee. Looking forward to seeing how he and Cuono develop and fit in.

Awesome!  Good running back AND one who has the ability to be a receiver out of the backfield.

Numbers against teams that were bowl eligible:

at Memphis:  12 carries for 42 yards

UConn 17 carries for 115 yards

at USF 18 carries for 68 yards

at Army 9 carries for 36 yards

at Tulane 9 carries for 78 yards

Navy 15 carries for 82 yards

at Arkansas 12 carries for 43 yards

Alocrn State 15 Carries for 82 yards

TOTAL:  107 carries for 516 yards (4.8 ypg)

Love this pick up.

Cig ain’t rebuilding, we’re reloading.

Fully expect to see us back in the CFP next year as long as the staff gets their preferred QB choice in the portal. Not writing Tayven off completely, but waiting with great anticipation on that pick up.

Wow, those are high expectations! I like the confidence. I'm more inclined to expect  a step back to 8-4/9-3, but that will still be amazing. This is IUFB we're talking about!

I’m 100% bought in… I think 10-2 or better is more likely than not… but as you said, this is IUFB we’re talking about. And that’s pretty dang awesome.

To be back in the playoffs we will have to win at Oregon or Penn State. And not lose any other games. That being said if we go 11-1 I would say that would be a step forward as we will have gotten a big win. And would have a decent shot of going to the championship game

I'm not putting any self imposed limitations on what CCC team can accomplish. I would have bet everything I own against IU being in the CFP. I'm not making that mistake again.
