Knight always knew the value of role players.  The 5 on the floor usually contained one or two players whose primary responsibilities were screening, rebounding, and defense.  You're right about poor construction, everyone that Woodson puts on the floor wants or needs the ball in their hands.  Everyone is looking to score and no one is doing the little things.  The Brazilian basketball great, Oscar Schmidt, once said that "some people play the piano and some people move the piano".  "My job is to play the piano'". Based on our lack of defense and rebounding, our whole team wants to play the piano. It's time for Woodson to define roles because what he's doing now isn't working.

In the prediction lead I had the Zags winning by 19 BUT Woody led the team to only a 16 point loss !!!!!

Just finished watching the game. This team has no fight in them. I saw poor substitution patterns and lackluster rebounding again.
