I hope this means something more, but there is a chance they may just be recreating the Wade/LeBron alley-oop as a joke for social media.

Ok I guess I should know but who is the fella in front with his arms out? ( Not the picture with Dwade for you “funny” guys)

If this is true that takes our roster to 11. 2 left to fill out the roster. Who do you want? Pick 2

Baba Miller

Federico Federico

Stephon Payne

James Scott

Leo Curtis

Josh Harris

The guy from Greece

Unknown mystery big

1. Baba Miller or Fed2 or unknown Big Euro if one exists that’s ripe for the plucking.

2. love the potential from that Greek kid. I want him.

But we are paper thin at the 5 so Leo Curtis would make a bunch of sense.  And would balance classes a bit if people are still worried about that.  I personally think class balance is a bit of relic until the transfer portal calms down.

Why?

I assume they’ll have a starting big, they’ve got Alexis as an experienced backup, and then a developmental big who could earn his way into the rotation.

Maybe Harris is the starter? If not then they’re both in the developmental role, and even if Alexis and a different starter (Federiko or whomever) both graduate, are they both coming back the following year?

I guess it’d be different pre-portal/NIL but now I think 1) they likely won’t both contribute in year one and thus 2) if you have both this year, then one might leave before next year. In which case maybe you take a more experienced guy anyway?

Agree the first two takes. But the 5 being paper thin I do not. Genuinely think Reed and Alexis will both be at the 5.

I don't think we had any

For some reason I thought I remembered reading on here that we were hosting bigs this past weekend, but I don't recall who.  Anyway, hopefully we can still snag a couple.  I would like to see Curtis since he would have more than one year of eligibility.

At the end of the day, I just want to see a team that competes and make progress as they year plays out.

I think Bailey starts at the 5 as things stand today

My big fear is how we would match up with Purdue and all of their bigs. I think TKR, Cluff and Jacobson would dominate and score at will against our current roster.
