I figured it was going to take a B-/C+ type of game from her for us to win, but I'll gladly take a C- instead.

Not making excuses -- they'd have beaten us anyway that first time. 

But I wish -- just for once -- they'd mention that we had to fly to Iowa City and play on the same day.

Bargesser getting a lot of time in Parrish's absence is going to pay off in the long run.  Gives IU a nice option off of the bench now.  She'll need to add a perimeter game in the offseason, but she's pretty steady right now.

A lot of memorable moments in a great win, but my favorite might be Syd hitting the back to back threes and yelling “I’m back babyyyy.” We’re gonna need her as a scoring option if we want to make a deep run.

At less we have one well coached basketball squad. Way to bounce back! I thought defense was pretty stout and we worked it inside at opportune times and knocked down the perimeter shots when available!

I like the fact that we get a lot more Women's games because they cover it.  Also, seems like we could see the numbers better on the jerseys.  Maybe I was just less annoyed cuz they were winning.

Before. 

The weather across the Great Plains was awful that weekend. We were supposed to fly out Friday, but had to push back to Saturday morning. Then played them that night.
