That article is 9 months old... but still rings true. Merry Christmas, Mike Woodson... clean out your desk and get out of here.
Yes it is but it's still true today and maybe worse given he was given the 6 million

This doesn't change that "it's happened before", but it's not common place.

And again, do we have ANYTHING comparable in the men's program to Mackenzie Holmes?

Fire Woody for not scheduling a game in Bamako, Mali

They should put this crap on comedy central.

As Indiana athletic director Scott Dolson spoke Monday about his decision to hire Mike Woodson as men’s basketball coach, there was a certain quality in his oration.

It was a confidence Quinn Buckner heard. That confidence, Buckner said, inferred something.

“He did his homework,” said Buckner, the former IU basketball great and current member of the university’s board of trustees. “That’s part of learning, that’s preparation. That’s knowing the mission and going out and executing it.”

Naw, fire him because he's a horrible coach, an incompetent leader and an indefensibly arrogant and entitled parasite.

Just stop.

If I ever become this miserable in life, let alone on the internet, just bury me where I stand.

Starting to feel sorry for you.

He didn't say what course the homework was in.  I say it was in finding a good place to hang out with his buddies to smoke some cigars and drink some booze.

Knight was not entitled. He didn’t blow off recruits to play cards and drink with his buddies. And oh, yeah, KINGHT DID HIS JOB.

Now Dakich has said there was that time he blew off Raef Lafrenz and Jacque Vaughn so that he could go fishing.

There is definitely no execution, just someone getting his and taking advantage of the University

The football team winning tonight would make even the last few king supporters realize how awful the bbal program is.

The king needs to go quietly into the night but we all know he’s going out kicking and screaming.  He’s making a mockery of the IU basketball program and University and whatever legacy he had, he’s tarnished it severely!!!

Oh by the way, he’s made our basketball program the laughing stock of the B10 and college basketball

Allegedly he did in the mid 90s which coincided with a downturn in success. Funny how that works.

This whole operation was mostly just quinn and Woodson fleecing the school and boosters out of money. Do they want to win? They want to win but on woodsons terms. He certainly is not going to put in the time and effort a new coach normally would. When he is gone the stories we are going to hear about how lazy he was will likely be mind blowing.
