They “Retired” Coach Woodson Thread

The only way Woodson should even be considered to be coming back is if he:
a) locks down Maliek, MM, McNeeley, and possibly Queen.  
b) Has a real plan to hit the portal and fill in the missing roster needs, especially at guard.
c) Has a real plan to stack up some 2025 recruits to build a base from.  
If any one of those are questionable, he should be let go.  Period.  

There is no guarantee he gets any guards from the portal. My guess is he will tell dolson what he wants to hear but won't end up changing a thing.

Not sure it matters what he says to Dolson... Dolson is nothing more than a neutered puppet, and the only voice that matters is Buckner... which means nothing is changing in the foreseeable future.

If he were to  get canned this offseason by the bulls I wouldn’t mind going after Billy Donovan. He could coach us 8/9 years and get this ship back on track.

Looking at the schedule, with the way this team is playing they could possibly lose the rest of their games.  The environment would be nasty.  To the ones that say Woody will get another year, do you think losing the rest of the games on the schedule would change that?  I mean this could get really bad after seeing how they played yesterday.

Buckner, from all reports, is the only voice that matters... and Woodson is his boy, so unfortunately for the Hoosier Nation, Woodson will be back... should not happen, but well, It's Indiana.

He should be fired if that happens but he probably won’t be because of Buckner.   That would be a shame too because there are a lot of fans that are getting tired of this same old song and dance and we will lose their dedication.  I for one won’t be one of them, but its going to happen!

We are probably not going to lose the rest of our games imo. He should be fired regardless. If we do lose out he will be fired guaranteed. That would be epically bad
