Hornsby Posted January 10, 2024 Posted January 10, 2024 Truly does not feel responsible for how poorly we played at all in my opinion or that his sub pattern was a momentum killer.Hard to believe he played for knight. He is the opposite of knight.Sent from my SM-A146U using Tapatalk tkbbn 1

Ware can probably get drafted based on potential at this point and go develop on the bench/G league somewhere. Mack I think would hit the portal but that's my own speculation based on nothing but my gut lol.
Hoosier DaDa Posted January 10, 2024 Posted January 10, 2024 By the way Nebraska playing a good game right now.

HoosierAloha Posted January 10, 2024 Posted January 10, 2024 About what was expected with this team on the road at Rutger. There will be some chances at some home wins against most of the Big Ten thebigweave and Home Jersey 2

Maybe get picked up at the mid-major level at this point.

I'm less high on Painter than some I guess. I'm not the one who made the original claim, just throwing out a few that come to mind. Anyone pushing for Dusty May at this point is basically begging for Archie 2.0 WayneFleekHoosier 1

I'd also be interested in hearing names Bruce Pearl: really good, that ship has sailed, he wouldn't come. Shaka Smart: already been tried at a big program and failed. Porter Moser: Having a great year, but he has a worse winning % than Mike Woodson in the same time frame. Micah Shrewsbury: No. I think Moser is the most interesting of these since he did have some good runs at Loyola and he could've easily been hired after Archie.

Hoosier DaDa Posted January 10, 2024 Posted January 10, 2024 Tominaga is better than any guard we have is my statement. Do you agree?

Bruce Pearl would have taken this job 3 times over by now and he still has a ton more in the tank. Chris Beard has proven he’s one of the best coaches in the country. He’s not an Ole Miss lifer. I’d settle for Porter Moser. Dusty May and Shrewsbury both have infinitely higher ceilings than Woodson and would at least construct a competent roster and run functioning sets. Not sure either are ready for this job yet. But you wouldn’t have to ask anybody else if Pearl and Beard were your 1st or 2nd options. thebigweave and Hornsby 2

He said more nice things and gushed over the Indiana program more than he did his own team after the @$$ kicking he gave us last month both before and after the game. He’d take this job in a second if we offered. Hornsby 1
WayneFleekHoosier Posted January 10, 2024 Posted January 10, 2024 Pearl, Beard, Stevens, Drew then maybe Dusty May as my actual realistic option but I think the B1G will swallow him up.. LolSent from my iPad using BtownBanners thebigweave 1
monskisprodigy Posted January 10, 2024 Posted January 10, 2024 I think I could be sold on Pearl. Beard would win here, but I dont think that’ll ever happen. Does winning cure all for a fan base desperate for success? Could it be overlooked? Outside of that, the list shrinks for me…

TTT Posted January 10, 2024 Posted January 10, 2024 Woodson and his staff they like the game of basketball and they want to win. They also like everything else besides that (status, benefits, perks and money that go with it a king and his court). There is no burning desire or real hunger nor understanding and limited know how for even approaching what would be elite status as a program.
