Think that’s just a failed drug test. 
 

Hear me out…someone, somewhere probably passed down a “sit them tonight and embarrass them and we forget about it, or they get drug tested and miss your next 3 all against ranked teams” ultimatum.

You would think we lost to IUPUI with the way this place has responded tonight. There are definitely frustrating things going on right now with this team, but we’re still in a good spot to make the tournament. We need to beat Wisconsin at home and hopefully win 1 of our next 2 on the road, not likely with our track record but definitely doable. I also can’t believe the TJD slander, he’s been in a slump as of late, but Jesus Christ imagine where this team would be without him

Trayce and Race our two best players look to be leaving. Maybe one stays. Doubtful both do.  And we played most of the bottom teams in the league twice this year. Which means we won’t be so lucky next year

Lots of good schools run 7 man rotations on the regular. It’s just more excuses. What was our excuse vs Syracuse, home vs Michigan, etc, etc, etc. we’ve rarely been good all year. The guys that were suspended aren’t great. We didn’t play Duncomb. He can play. Or he can’t. Gassed is a generic excuse.

I would say very few teams run a 7 man rotation and absolutely none run a 6 man rotation. So your argument is not a good one.

Makes perfect sense.

Sidenote- Is it time to start rooting for the off season? It’s the best season for Indiana fans. We don’t lose games against bad and marginal teams, miss tournaments, we hire/fire coaches and recruit the next superstars of the team. I’m ready! Maybe next year we’ll be better.

I don't believe any of those conspiracy theories that there would be any backdoor deals about suspensions. Woody is a man of integrity and his word!! He cares much more about setting the tone and bringing respect back to this program than making deals of suspending his players for one game and getting them for three. He would never do that!
