Then the question is, once Reibe and Mullins finally commit, do we come back to him with a more prosperous offer?

Woodson won’t do that. I was told he could get Tiller but won’t

"Won't" as in he won't press on the gas to get Tiller? Or "Won't" as in Tiller will go elsewhere because of external factors out of the staff's control?

For sure--Woody is good people.

He doesn't mind players getting their deal, but he's not going to be interested in a player that's primarily motivated by the winning monetary bid or some absolute playing time promise.

That's an advantage of having a proud IU alum as coach.

Decision: Not Indiana

Likely Georgia Tech, maybe Auburn.

This is likely true but rabs said we are still technically in it and actively trying

Tiller is of the Reneau archetype. Not landing him will probably be much like not landing Moreno. It will be logistic. We won't have the style concerns to blame this one on though. After Mullins and Tiller, we'll be done with 2025 until the spring.

Big fan of Tiller because he’s a pretty switchable defender, his offense will play in any system and he doesn’t need shots to help you. But this has always felt like a really tough pull. Have thought Auburn the whole time, but if Ga Tech makes it happen good for Damon.

Announcing on Nov. 10 per Eric Bossi.      Kansas / GA Tech / Auburn / IU

OF's medical tip of the day -- don't hold your breath.

We feeling Ga Tech or Auburn here?

If there is a delay, did someone come in with a last second unexpected high dollar bid. No one outside of the listed 4, but maybe Kansas came in with big boy money.

What @Stuhoosaid.  We can afford a bidding war but won't get into one for Tiller.

By the way, as a guess, how much NIL will be available for IU basketball for '25?  Thought is to compare it with this year's alleged $6 million.  Jeez, we could buy a Supreme Court Justice for half of that.  What's the going price for a ref?  Yeah, I have a bee in my bonnet, why?
