That is it. Two guys that have ever started a game for a D1 team in the past two years.

Jacob Furphy from UConn hits the portal. Could be an interesting one.

Originally from Tasmania. Listed as a 6'6 SG, he played well for the German U19 team. Hardly got on the court this year. 3 years of eligibility. Ranked 100 out of HS. Athleticism a bit questionable (defense could be rough) but a good facilitator and can stretch the floor.

It’ll be interesting to compare next year. Probably one of Carr’s first big decisions. Although we don’t really know what they’re being paid so that would factor in.

UConn has landed a commitment from Seton Hall transfer Najai Hines.   Hines averaged 6.5 points, 5.5 rebounds and 2.2 blocks in 18 minutes per game.

There is actually a chance that he'll get that seventh year.  

He played in just 5 games in 20-21, but that was a free COVID year for all players.

In 21-22, he only played in 8 games.

Missed the whole 22-23 season.

In 23-24, he played in 32 games.  That year will definitely count.

In 24-25, he only played the first 7 games.

In 25-26, he played in 23 games.  That year will definitely count.

In his 6 years of college ball, he's played in 75 games.  There are a few sophomore players that played more games in their two years than Pryor played in 6.

He was one we discussed before.  Didn't start a game last year for Seton Hall but put up quality numbers for an 18 min/game guy.  Word was that he was turning off some suitors because he was asking for $6 million.  I'm sure UConn didn't give that much to him, but it would be interesting to know.
