He is 3rd in the nation in FTs made (143) and 2nd in FT attempts (215). Both lead the Big Ten. ODDS AND TRENDSIU has played a national-high 5 overtime games this season (2-3), the most since they played 6 in 1998-99. The Hoosiers are slated to be no worse than the #10 seed in the upcoming Big Ten Tournament which means they will open play on Thursday. IU played Gonzaga on December 6, 2008, the first game basketball game ever in Lucas Oil Stadium. Gionzaga won 70-54. IU Coach Archie Miller coached in the second game that day in Lucas Oil Stadium as an assistant at Ohio State when they took on Notre Dame. Senior Aljami Durham became the 53rd player in school history to eclipse the 1,000-point mark at IU. He had 15 points against Michigan and is now 52nd in IU history with 1,009 points. Durham has shot 41.2% from long range in Big Ten play. Sophomore guard Armaan Franklin injured his right foot in the first half at Rutgers and hasn't played since. He is averaging 44.4% from long distance in the Big Ten. In Big Ten play, Jackson-Davis has made 94 free throws in 146 attempts. The attempts are the highest of any player in the nation in conference games. Freshman Khristian Lander has averaged 7 points per game in the last 2 games. Freshman Jordan Geronimo has made 53.6% of his shots in league play (15/28). With 20 blocks and 20 steals this season, redshirt junior Race Thompson is one of only 2 players in the league to have at least 20 in each category. mamasa Posted March 6, 2021 Author Posted March 6, 2021 Just remember that "engineering school" has rebuilt the same clock tower three times because they never account for resonance. Instead of fixing the problem they simply don't ring it so it stays standing.Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners ALASKA HOOSIER, johnsoniu, HoosierAloha and 4 others 7 Quote

Popular Post LamarCheeks Posted March 6, 2021 Popular Post Posted March 6, 2021 I'm predicting a huge win today -- at least a 15-point margin. It's Senior Day, so maybe 20-25. We have owned the Toiletmakers recently. Oh, this thread is about the PU-IU men's game? Didn't know the lads were playing today. Someone mentioned that the big rivalry game was this afternoon, and I just assumed the reference was to our women. My bad ... mamasa, Bobman1, thebigweave and 9 others 12 Quote
Hoosier Guy Posted March 6, 2021 Posted March 6, 2021 Purdue won’t sweep IU today. That’s a good thing Quote
NOLA Hoosier Posted March 6, 2021 Posted March 6, 2021 If I were a conspiracy theorist, I’d say Purdue lets Miller sneak in a win here, just enough to quiet down the firing conversation a tad so he can spin his wheels another year and we can get thwomped some more. In reality, we lose again. Parakeet Jones and Class of '66 Old Fart 1 1 Quote
