LamarCheeks Posted June 13, 2020 Posted June 13, 2020 After seeing those videos of Geronimo and Leal, I'm guessing it's safe to say neither will ever miss a shot at IU! ... LOL! HoosierAloha and thebigweave 2 Quote
Honkyman Posted June 13, 2020 Posted June 13, 2020 The question with Leal is whether he is quick enough to get his shot off. He seems a bit slow in his high school videos. Quote

Stuhoo Posted June 14, 2020 Posted June 14, 2020 I was thinking Anthony Leal might be the next coming of Pat Graham. No shame in that. Is there a chance he could be a Randy Wittman? Quote

He seems a bit slow in his high school videos.I noticed this in his videos from high school as well. It’s a completely different ballgame when the defenders are just as tall or taller, just as long or longer, and just as athletic or athletic(ererer). I think he’ll eventually adjust and become a “layup” kind of three point shooter for us. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app ALASKA HOOSIER 1 Quote

LamarCheeks Posted June 14, 2020 Posted June 14, 2020 Wittman doesn't get mentioned in the same breath as Cheaney, May, Buckner, Alford, Thomas, McGinnis, Bellamy, etc., when you mention IU all-time greats. But as a senior, Wittman was the Big Ten's MVP and a second-team All-American. So he wasn't totally underappreciated. ALASKA HOOSIER and HoosierAloha 2 Quote

ray Posted June 18, 2020 Posted June 18, 2020 https://www.cbssports.com/college-basketball/news/oklahoma-state-center-yor-anei-transferring-after-cowboys-postseason-ban/ Thoughts on such a player to transfer to Bloomington? He would be eligible for two years. A big man with experience in a major conference. A great defensive player. Should Archie at least reach out to see if there's any interest? Quote

Sit a year and then be ready on a roster after TJD and Brunk are gone? Freshman Duncombe may not be ready? I would think that's a perfect fit. HoosierDYT, Hardwood83 and MoyeNeeded 3 Quote
