Those high powered Crean-offense teams were definitely fun to watch, but always frustrating because of the bad D and turnovers. There's something sooo satisfying about watching good defense (that turns into easy offense).

It will probably have to be when the level of competition ratchets up.  Not convinced we're close to being a high octane offensive team but time will tell.

Yeah, only way this is a high octane offense is if Hunter lives up to the hype and Devonte is good Devonte.  But that's okay.  I'll take great defense and average offense this year.

What's the old saying? "Defense travels" or something like that. I would love a great shooting team, but won't gripe if they hustle and play smart, even if they miss too much.
