Agree. Getting Romeo would be a huge statement to the fans, other recruits, and the CBB world.

Perfect opportunity to do something big. Plus, Schilling needs to make his mark on this class.

There's no such thing as "locking the state down" in today's world. We won't always get the best talent from our state. It doesn't work that way anymore.

Agree which is why I am glad to see what we have gotten this week but I am far more interested in how Archie can get them to play.

I think Archie is gonna be that good. He probably won't get the best player in every class. But what I'm saying is Archie is gonna make this state a priority, which is unlike the previous three coaches

That is fair. It seems like from how this class is unfolding he gave first option to in area kids unless it was a special talent elsewhere that you can point at and just know they are better than the state kids. Once he got his base he seems to be zeroing in on specific players. I am not sure we have seen this in a few coaches tbh. I am not trying to make this more than it is. Honestly in the years to come the talent will have to improve with each class to compete for titles, but I love his approach and results to this class.

We've never gotten the best player in every class. Literally.. we haven't dominated the state like some believe in recruiting.

It will take alot of luck our way to pull in Langford, but I wouldn't be down on Archie or judge him negatively if we don't! Hard to come in new and shut the door on the likes of UofL, Uk, Duke and KU.
