Who's declaring/transferring around NCAA 2017?

Disagree:
  • An almost entirely new roster each year; makes it very, very hard for fans to connect with the players. As soon as you're getting to know and appreciate them...whooooops! They pull the rug out and say sayonara.
  • An annual pre-season top three national poll ranking, usually followed by a slide into the teens or twenties.
  • Nearly no players who come anywhere close to attaining a UK degree
  • Players with very little connection to the university or the student population
  • All this done in the name of monopolizing the national high-end talent, and therein to deliver titles, of which they have one in nine years, and pretty much zero chance of getting one next year
If I was a UK alum, and I was willing to make a mockery of the system in order to win, I would want to win BIG. They have not.

UCONN, Duke, and UNC all have two titles in that time period mostly without the one and done. I know some puke fans that are heated.

Miles Bridges considering returning.

OG just made more money possibly.

Wouldn't be surprised if he returns. Devonta Davis was an anomaly for MSU players leaving after a year. Strictly guessing but I'm sure there's "incentives" for them to return.

Archie needs to find those high 4 and 5* players who will be at IU for two to three years. Mix that with experienced talent and you have a shot, EVERY YEAR.

OK - you can disagree with the methods all you like but you can't disagree with the results. No, they aren't the 90's Bulls pulling off three-peats but they have solidified themselves as contenders for a national title nearly every year.

I'm not sure your bullet points are relevant to what I said except for the last one. Maybe you're quoting me and making a very different post. I said, "Making runs to the Elite Eight and Final Four most years and breaking through one year to win the national championship. That's a run of consistency any program would love to have." Only winning one NC in a single elimination tournament isn't a flaw if you put yourself in a position to win every year. Very few programs manage to do that.

I didn't have anything to do with you not being able to spell our own players name right or people calling you out on it. That's on you and whoever corrected you but please go ahead and continue to act like a baby by blaming me because I said something about your constant IU hate. We could all use a little entertainment around here.

Wow. That's probably the biggest shock you're going to see this spring. Good for him.

"Despite coach Tom Izzo, family and even Spartans NBA alumni and professional agents encouraging him to leave, Bridges is telling everyone that it’s his intention to bypass the draft, sources told The Vertical."

It's gotta be hard being a 19 year old kid and passing up lottery money. I could see him feeling like he has unfinished business at Michigan State and wanting to come back for a deep tournament run.

Wasn't he hurt with knee? He needs to go if the $'s there. I would tell any of ours the same including OG whom another year under good coaching here would really help him.

Long-busy weekend, T-ball has officially started and I got volunteered to assistant coach, and Easter with family, so I added a few new names this morning.

I will pray for your survival during tball season . The most boring baseball. The only thing that made it interesting was watching kids play in the dirt
