I'm just like most others. During the season id have been stoked for this change but after that presser the bar was set so high.

I'm still worried if he can get the recruits we need. That's my only real worry.

I think I read that 10/10 starters in last year NCAA title game were top100 kids.

I think we'll be fine in the recruiting department. He did really well as an assistant at Arizona and Ohio state. I really do hope he looks at getting an assistant who knows the state well though. I think that could only help in our recruiting efforts.

Another thing is that Archie has done more with less and that's really encouraging. Imagine when he starts pulling 5 stars

I think Tom takes a year off. He should. He tried hard, I'll give him that. He can get a part-time gig as a studio analyst and look at the landscape next March. He'll land on his feet somewhere. Worse coaches than him have resurfaced. Hope he finds a good fit at a place where hoops isn't a religion. Fisher is retiring soon, San Diego St would be a great gig for him.

Agreed. That is why I think his first two years are critical to lay the foundation going forward. Relationships are key and it took his brother 2 years once he got to Zona. Archie may be able to do better out of the gate due to his time working with the national team and his relationships there. This summer will be interesting to see who he goes after and who we get in for visits.

Has Colin Hartman decided yet on coming back? I know he has graduated but had a year of eligibility left. Would love to see him come back. He was our defense. Come back Colin!

I think we could see Collin announce after everyone else. If most of the guys are back and it looks like we can compete for a conference championship I think he comes back. If people leave and it's a rebuilding year I think he moves on with his life. Of course, that's assuming that his knees aren't shot and he can still compete at a high level.

I've been pretty quiet here lately, I've decided to weigh in for those who care to read. When I got a notification on my phone about Archie, I was indifferent. But after sleeping on it, I'm ecstatic! Guy develops kids, even kids with a N/A next to their name on 247! Guy is about defense! Guy is about discipline. Those 3 things right there alone are going to go a LLLOOOOOONNNGG WAY! Excited about IUBB's future
