That is very possible but if he does it this time it will be someone who contributes right away and not someone who will be redshirted.

After reading Evan Daniels article about Mooney I don't think we will make his final countdown.

Yeah, looks like he listed 6 places for a possible visit and IU wasn't top of mind enough to get a mention.

I just think it is really really good for us that these grad transfers are passing us up. This "smoke" may for sure be real. Hope Romeo takes a scholarship and if they have one more open that McRoberts ends up getting it for his senior year.

Are any of our targets even far enough along with academics to do this? I don't know how much it takes to get them qualified. It may not even take much.

I don't know enough about the recruits to answer that. I just know that this staff thinks outside the box as in the case with Race last year.

Oh, absolutely.   And I think we'll get there whether Romeo comes or not.  There are a lot of really good players on IU's radar right now, and as we saw in the NCAA Tournament, it takes experience and depth,along with talent in order to win.  I think Indiana will get there by the 2019-2020 season.

It's possible Mcroberts may not want a scholarship so they can add someone else.
