I prefer Waters over Scruggs. I personally think he's much better than his ranking. People are sleeping on him ONLY bc of his size. He's a big time winner and would have a similar impact at IU that Tyler Ullis had at UK. Same type of player.

The family is completely focused on academics. I just read an article with his dad saying that Tremont "WILL get a degree." Also, don't forget that Tremont waters and Nic Richards were on the same AAU team. That is no small positive.

That is all really good but I have zero faith that Richards will be wearing candy stripes.  At least three years of Waters at PG would be awesome.

I think Waters stays 4 years much like Yogi. I think their games are different so i'm by no means comparing him to Yogi in that way, but in terms of college career track. 

And I also think the NBA is a bit more of a longshot for Waters than it was Yogi, so I don't see him testing the waters after year 3 even if he has his degree.

Video of Waters vs Duval head to head. Waters is a lot better than most are giving him credit for. I don't buy 4* status. He's a 5*. Has all of the tools that a guy his size would need, in order to make it at the highest level of basketball. More importantly, he has that "it" factor. Special guard. I really want him.
