Do we ever need the janitor anymore? If crean is not fired after another btt flame out he never will be. His hope of slipping into the ncaa is now gone. No way glass can save him unless he wants a mutiny on his hands.

I am conflicted.  I really hope these insiders with the sources saying Crean is out are correct.  However, those saying that Alford is a strong candidate to replace Crean I hope are wrong.  Come on, we can do better than Alford, though I will support him.

But it is significant in knowing how to coach.
If you were a great player then you should have a great understanding of the game imo it's always better when coaches have playing experience
