I remember watching a kid getting his weapon inspected and when he got a no go he uttered the words "son of a *****" and I watched a DS proceed to make the kids life hell for calling his mother a *****. Funniest thing I ever seen.

Yep I was always good about laughing later after the yelling. About a month ago I sat in on a board where one of my shipmates just got torn apart by my senior chief for basically being a jack*** and I'm so glad he was sitting behind me cause I was smiling the whole time. Classic.

The DS's or RDC's as they're known in the Navy are comedians. I had one call me a "Mcgenius". Still cracks me up to this day.

Probably the fact that iu has 2 wins against projected 1 seeds and they just beat another bubble team. I know I sound like a broken record but they base it on total body of work. A win in november is just as important as win in march. While reviewing my team sheets it's clear this bubble is terrible. Vandy is 17-14 and they are right on the bubble. If IU would beat wisky they would have 2 top 4 wins to go along with 2 other top 50 wins and 6 other top 100 wins (2 on the road and another neutral). When u start studying these bubble teams, as sad as it is for some fans  IU is in he conversation

I was a long time Peegster, got along ok with the exception of a few douchebags like Bloom, but didn't move when Mike went to Scout. Hope this board needed another smartass. Anyway, glad to be aboard and share my loathing of IU in it's current state. Been a fan since the early 80's and sick already of the national media kissing CTC's ass and acting like we should accept mediocrity. Love the Hoosiers but if CTC is back, I will not watch next season; as I have not watched the 2nd half of this one. Hope Surfboard Fred has grown a pair...

I didn't see the game, but any comment by a coach or player about how good this team can be when their shots are falling is asinine.  What team doesn't look good shooting 12/20 from 3?  Did any of the national media types notice the 17 turnovers?

Sorry to be an optimist, but I think we are a lot better next year. Less guys that NEED the ball to be dominant. I think Newkirk has a HUGE senior year. Think DG takes major strides. RoJo always gives me hope. CuJo just needs fundamentals down and a better handle. Not giving up on him. DD can be ALL B1G caliber. Freddy is gonna be our scraper. Juwan if healthy can have a breakout year we expected this year. Needs more confidence. Moore is a stud. I expect him to be a Ethan Happ type of player maybe better not next year though. He will give us depth. Smith will give us an athlete who can have DG type impact that he has gave us this year probably a little more since he gets more minutes. Durham and Gelon both provide a quality skill. Durham with his driving ability and Gelon with shooting but he is probably not coming back. Last but not least Priller time. I actually think he has some Tom Pritchard in him minus the dunks. Potential to make big plays when it is leadt expected. I think whoever is our coach the tourney and a top 6 finish is a must. I just hope his last name doesn't rhyme with bean haha.
