I came across a tweet saying it had been sold, that the Donovan family lives there year round. But I didn't look into it myself at all. So who really knows at this point. But I would doubt it given the price tag and the fact he just listed it.

There will also be mid majors that steal bids just like every other year. The recruiting worries me a bit but Crean also isnt done coaching so why would he just stop. Cause he dont work here much longer doesnt mean he wont work somewhere else

Idk still really concerning don't ya think? I mean if they are having talks of a separation. Then he wouldn't be using that jet. Just my 5 cents worth and something I'd do if I were AD. He could still get in cook hall but that's about it for me

Its in Michigan on a day off in Flint. Maybe he is visiting family or Izzo too. That would be my guess.

I haven't heard anything from an actual reporter, and a friend has told me they all say it's unlikely, of course there could be a reason for that (not stepping on toes, not blowing something open that isn't official, burning bridges).

That's my problem too. I've looked around OKC Thunder message boards, Florida Gators message boards, Louisville message boards, UK message boards...not even a whisper of a Billy Donovan rumor. You'd think there would at least be a mention.

So in the analyst world, we use multiple unrelated sources as an indication for a closer look. More times than not it ends up being true.

I wouldn't get my hopes up.  At the end of the day most of what we're hearing are rumors from IU fans.

I haven't heard anything from an actual reporter, and a friend has told me they all say it's unlikely, of course there could be a reason for that (not stepping on toes, not blowing something open that isn't official, burning bridges).

Why would he leave ok city already? The whole thing does not seem plausible. I expect the new coach is Holtmann or archie miller.

Not much to be excited about. Russ is a superstar yes, but other than that they don't have many pieces to contend in the West. Oladipo has regressed this year in a sense. I don't know if any free agents are really considering them. Perhaps a Blake Griffin? I don't think the future is that bright for OKC when you have the Warriors and Spurs doing their usual.

i agree about oladipo but his role has changed at okc. he has also had a few injuries this year and is going through back spasms right now. kinda hard to get your shots when westbrook is chucking up 30-40 a game. he went 12-36 last game. but i dont see donovan leaving either. i think some okc fans would be talking about it if there was any legitimacy to it at all
