Dang it, I did not know that.

For some reason I thought OKC got him for cheap.  He just moved down the "likelihood' list, as I really doubt we're going to go higher than that.

He'd have to REALLY want to return to college if we couldn't increase his salary.

I'm trying to get the Missouri fan base behind hiring him and maybe it is finally taking root thru my Missouri friends. Somebody has to do something to flush this turd of a coach. And yes, I did say Missouri U friends..... I only have them due to diversity so don't hate.

During the game today I kept thinking "I would not be surprised if Crean resigns tomorrow morning"...such an awful pitiful performance, he's lost this team, he needs to move on.

We could only wish. Crean is too proud of his coaching ability, he won't resign on his own. Glass will call for a presser after the Big Tourney and that will be him "resigning"

I went over to 247 earlier and hadn't seen any recent posts from HTD.  Is it possible it's reached the point that not even he can come up with some BS excuse to defend the guy?

It sounds like he has moved and doesn't have Internet at his new location and can only post when he takes the bus to the nearest public library to log on and post. Which means he could be back at some point I guess but the site is at least bearable now without him and there are some informed posters there.

Well, he's proud of riding the coat tails of Dwyane Wade making it look like he has coaching ability.  Without Wade he's not making 3 mil/year at IU right now.

This today from a respected poster on another board in response to a question about a Davis transfer rumor:

A week back, there was talk about interest in Missouri. Interestingly enough, Tad Boyle (Colorado) from what I was told has been hanging around Overland High School lately.

And as I mentioned this past week. De'Ron is very loyal to Crean. Who offered De'Ron way back in the 8th grade. And when other schools backed off of De'Ron, Crean never waivered.

It does seem to me that the sharks are following what might be blood in the water.
