Hoosiers a 3 seed in the NIT - ouch.  But that should be at least one game in AH.  Will this team have the heart to compete in this tournament, or will they fold like a cheap lawn chair?

I hope we win it honestly. NIT wouldnt save Crean and I expect an announcement before it starts whether he is staying or gone so either way I will be rooting on the Hoosiers. Hopefully if we did win we sont give out rings.

Could you imagine the vitriol that would be thrown at Crean if we won, he gave out rings, and for some unexplainable reason Crean didn't get fired

Crazy scenario that I'm not even sure is viable: 

 

We play Sampson/Davis (UH), Hoetzel (SDSU), and Stan (RI)

Also, play Marquette, Mizzou, then Florida. 

 

We win NIT against Syracuse as we torch the 2-3 zone. We started recruiting shooters a ton after the 2012/13 game against Syracuse-- wonder if CTC said, 'never again' LOL

 

i know we can't play all, but 1/2 of those match ups would be enough to make me LOL for a whole day

I know some were saying this before the Northwestern game, and now we've got a second chance at it with a first round home NIT game. Glass should announce Crean's departure before the game and give the fans a chance to send him off. It's unorthodox but it's better than them playing in front of a few thousand disinterested fans. It would be good for everyone involved.
