This doesn't seem practical since Crean hasn't been officially let go and Billy D hasn't been signed.

Not saying impossible, just seems very, very unlikely.

I know it was a joke but if Billy D were to come here he is probably looking at houses in the area regardless of how serious the interest is. If he does come here he would want to be prepared. Doesn't mean he is coming even if that rumor came to be true. If he bought a house and signed for it obviously that would be news worthy.
