It's nature's way of telling you...something's wrong... One of my better half's favorite albums for road trips. Dr. Sardonicus, Spirit, is quite the listen. On the road between Wisconsin and northern Indiana on a late Friday night in the summer...Lightening, and coming up on Goshen...American Graffiti... late teens driving slowly around the center of town...cruising...then listening to Dark Side of the Moon.

Nice. Spirit was 1 of my Mom’s favorite bands. Clear memories of listening to the Dr Sardonicus album on 8 track in her Cutlass when I was maybe 10. Mom had spectacular taste.

He's heard a strong rumor that the B10 has rescinded that penalty for his targeting call vs UCLA.. Can't remember when a ruling like this favored IU!

While that was a terrible call I would argue the RTP call on, can't remember who, for tackling the QB was probably worse.

That was one of the most egregious calls I have ever seen. It was literally a good, clean qb sack. Some of the major calls, especially targeting, were hard to understand.

It's sorta cool that our early success has sparked all this worry about Cigs leaving. I sorta think we should let things progress a little further than three games, but at the same time, why not have a little fun ... Seems like a bygone era now, but I can actually remember when we were worried about CTA getting poached!

Cooper Zachary is a DOG! Watched him against Kokomo at the New Castle regional, Wayne in the Semi State, and Ben Davis at state. Incredible to see a frosh handle the pressure at that level and make virtually zero mistakes. Tenacious on D. Will be fun to see how good he becomes.

She was playing Flatt and Scruggs once and I apparently disparaged it somehow and she took me through everything that made what they were doing great. That is parenting

Despite every British artist pretty much ever going on about how great Rory Gallagher was, I’d never listened to a note of the guy. No reason, just hadn’t. For lack of anything better to listen to this weekend I busted out 2 of his albums, Tattoo and Top Priority. Oh my God, what a bada$$. Unbelievable player. Great tone, Fantastic songs. Right in my wheelhouse. I am so pi$$ed off right now that I could have been listening to this guy for the last 40 years. My freaking loss. Supposedly he was an all time live guy and he’s got 2 live albums that I will wear out this weekend.

My one gripe with his evaluation of talent is his preference for tools over production. AR is a perfect example. Actualized AR is up there with Mahomes. Another would be the guys who get hurt all the time, Brents being the perfect example now. If Brents could stay healthy he'd give us something in the secondary. But like others before him, he can't stay healthy

Worth noting: We brought in WRs Miles Cross, Myles Price, and Ke-Shawn Williams from the portal… on the same day. That was a helluva day.

Targeting call in the Wyoming-BYU game. BYU receiver coming across the middle extends for a ball a bit in front of him. His feet tangle with the DB covering and he starts to fall forward. A DB peeling back to the play is running by him, literally trying not to contact the guy, but with his balance lost the receiver falls into him and his head contacts the DB’s shoulder. The contact is 100% initiated by the receiver. And the DB gets pitched for targeting. He was literally trying to avoid the kid. They have GOT to revisit that rule.

No bad news there. C’mon Braylon, you’re just playing with your food at this point. You know the move.
