Luck is better than all of the other QB's in the state combined. Let's not be irrational here.

Yeah, because that's not irrational hyperbole

Our offense is terrible, our defense is terrible. But anybody who acts like Luck's two terrible turnovers aren't pivotal in this loss is blinded.

True but you also have to start admitting that a QB that has to go out there and do every thing because his receivers can barely catch and his line is hot garbage is going to have to take risks and risks sometime end badly.

I know the NFL and college are way different, but it's funny how the Colts go 4 years between 100 yard rushers while IU had 3 in the same game yesterday.

The Colts are trash. I'm sure Pagano is rattling off his usual cliches about getting better and watching film.

Colts are 21-21 when Luck has at least one turnover.  That's 42 games out of 70 played.

We all agree that the Colts are a bad team.  I wish we could all agree that turnovers are a big problem.

Who are our mvp's?

I'd say overall it's special teams, Vinatieri and McAfee.

Who on offense?  TY?  Gore?  Luck?

Defense?  Davis?  Adams?

The season is half over and we're 3-5.  We have lots of problems.  What are the bright spots?

They are a problem but your insistence that they are solely on Luck is just ridiculous.  Very few QBs could be successful with a line this bad and skills position players this unreliable.

Hows a QB supposed to compensate for a horrible line?  Throw it quick? that relies on his teammates getting open.  Ours don't forcing Luck to either make risky throws/keep things alive with his legs/throw it out of bounds.  The first 2 lead to turnovers the third is something a QB that knows hes probably going to have to score 30 to win the game is unlikely to do.

The numbers are consistent year after year.  We can blame it on different staffs and assignments, but we must accept that Bad Luck likes turnovers.

His second and third years were actually pretty fantastic for a second or third year QB.  I know that doesn't fit your agenda but 40 TDs and only 16 INTs is a pretty good ratio for a 3rd year player.  And his team was pretty garbage that year also, it just wasn't a historically garbage one.  Yeah he had alot of fumbles thats what happens when you don't have a line and have to keep drives going with your legs.

That's the thing Josh no one is disagreeing with you that we are bad. The difference is you blame Luck no matter what happens while everyone else sees what's going on for what it really is.

You said your earlier comment was hyperbole but it's honestly hard to tell at times when it comes to you and Luck.

Entering this week Luck is 3rd in passing yards, 5th in passing TD's, 10th in QBR(ahead of guys like Rodgers, Wilson, Newton, and Manning), he's thrown the same amount of INTs as guys like Rodgers, Ryan, and Stafford. If you factor in fumbles Rodgers has more total turnovers than Luck.

Here is the difference he is doing that while being the most sacked QB in the league and getting minimal help from the run game.

Has he played perfect? No, but your over the top hate for Luck just doesn't make any sense to me.
