Targeting call in the Wyoming-BYU game. BYU receiver coming across the middle extends for a ball a bit in front of him. His feet tangle with the DB covering and he starts to fall forward. A DB peeling back to the play is running by him, literally trying not to contact the guy, but with his balance lost the receiver falls into him and his head contacts the DB’s shoulder. The contact is 100% initiated by the receiver. And the DB gets pitched for targeting. He was literally trying to avoid the kid.
They have GOT to revisit that rule.

For lack of a better place to post this:

The University of Tennessee is increasing the cost of tickets for all sports by 10%, with the "talent fee" being used to help pay athletes as part of the revenue-sharing plan.

Wow. The Fox halftime show is playing up the fact that both starting QB’s in tomorrow’s Oklahoma St-Utah game are SEVENTH YEAR SENIORS like that’s something to be celebrated.

Nothing says Atlantic Coast Conference football like Stanford vs. Syracuse ...

Can't imagine there are many P4 conference teams farther apart than these two. Washington-Rutgers perhaps? Or maybe USC/UCLA-Rutgers?

Miami and BC are another 250 miles or so further away from Stanford and Cal

Chris Weinke laughs at these 7th year seniors.

Notre Dame is only up 14-3 over Miami of Ohio in the 3rd. Is Purdue really as bad as we saw last week?

Yes!
