In their games, an impressive 3-0 start with a couple of really good wins, he has passed for a total of only 318 yards with a crappy 44% completion rate (to be fair he has picked up a decent amount of yards with his legs). I wonder what the market value is for those pedestrian/poor stats and who would offer him significant cash?

Doesn't Odom already have a checkered past with Mizzou?

I thought he got screwed at Mizzou with a bowl ban and loss of scholarships for something small, but I don't remember details of the scenario. He was pretty good there then had a bad year and was suddenly fired. Sanctions might have come after he left though. @Demo might have more insight on that whole situation.

The Colts seem to think those types of #'s are worthy of a starting position in the League.

From what I am seeing on other sites the dude was thought to be going to James Madison to follow his coach.  I also heard Dan Patrick say that Sluka contends that UNLV offered $100,000?  Just freakin' weird.

You could make an argument that Odom got jobbed a little bit. Maybe, maybe not. The AD who fired him didn’t hire him and then hung an academic issue involving a tutor doing schoolwork for players around his neck. Despite spending a bunch of money on upgrades there was a sense, probably legit, that the program was deteriorating. And Odom didn’t do himself any favors by whining about every perceived little slight or criticism and being pretty unaccountable. He was not the kind of guy anyone was looking to save.

The very wealthy UM alum Dave Portnoy of Barstool Sports:

“I will be your quarterback guy. You just say, “Dave, you go” — I’ll talk to Sherrone Moore — “Who do you guys want? Who’s in there?” Give me a group. I’ll go get them. I will sign them million, two million, whatever it is. What’s the top? Three million."

Washington at Rutgers in a B1G conference game on a Friday night checks every conceivable WTH box.

The one thing its missing is a 10:30-11pm kick off. Can't wait to use my sick days (cough cough) after midweek IUBB after dark games.

One thing that feels right at home though…Mike Pereira constantly being wrong.

True, and what makes Pereira hysterical on these is that he doesn’t even pretend like he was actually watching in real time. “Mike, put the nachos down for a minute and tell us if this is targeting.”

No reason to even pretend that anyone cares about the " student-athlete " anymore.

Nebraska’s kicker is now 1-5 on field goals for the season.

That’s brutal.

I just saw the Purdue/Nebraska score…

0-0 at the half

Nebraska - 3 missed field goals

Purdue - 1 missed field goal

crazy!
