We just threw a clunker,to's, bad shooting, lethargic play, and got beat by 3 on a well covered three at the end. No precursor, if you really believe that, can I assume you won't be watching?

of course I will be watching. I watched every game of Creans first three years. I'm not fair weather.

THIS is exactly why I didn't get my hopes up after winning the B1G outright.

We reverted three step backwards today.

I called a first weekend exit months ago. Starting to look like I may be right about something after all

After I have had a chance to calm down----two thoughts:  First---at least we didn't just give it to them. They won it by hitting two big back to back three pointers. All in all it was a good ballgame and Coach made some good in-game adjustments.

Second, we have some guys who are dinged up---RoJo, Juwan, and now Hartman.  It's not the end of the world to give them some rest and let them heal up before the NCAA tourney starts. That's the tourney we really want to do well in...

Michigan just wanted it more, I'm
not to upset about this one, although if it's a sign for bad things to come. We better get back to prior BTT play for the NCAA.

It sucks that IU lost but it's not that bad. IU Will either be a 3 or 4 seed and then winning the tournament would've probably seeded them 1 seed higher. RJ should be ready to go by March madness. I mean, You can't really expect good play with Z and Niego in at the same time. Only thing that worries me a little bit is Hartman. Hopefully that fall was nothing serious and he can play much better next time out.

They made the shots when needed but look at the plan...  OG came off a knockdown three shooter to help.  Z helped off strong side shooter.  The help defender should be coming from the opposite side of the floor.  That needs to be fixed.

Yup, I hate the BTT but this just killed a ton of my optimism for the real one

Agreed.  I was using the BTT as a gauge for what to expect in the NCAAs.  If we made the finals in the BTT I actually believed we would make the final four.  Now...unless matchups are crazy favorable, I doubt we make it past the Sweet Sixteen (if we are fortunate enough to make it that far).

I did not expect this team to win the Big Ten tournament...I thought we had a chance but I did not think we could get past Mich. St.. Seeing us lose sucks, but that was a bad last possession for Michigan; they just got lucky and found a guy that has been hot lately. Either way, I just want to see all the guys that are banged up get some rest and be ready for next weekend.

By the way---OG is a player......he can play some mean D---I love him pressuring at the top of the key.

He can but he still made frosh mistakes that cost us some points and gave up some points.  I'm confident he will learn and be better.
