Its my opinion that if we do not beat Iowa, we are second place at best.

We have to beat Illinois IMO if we want to win the Title. I think we beat Maryland at home, but the Illinois game is extremely important. As long as we finish out winning 2 of 3, I think we at the very least tie for the title. Yes, it's better to win it out right, but for the way this team started, a share is a huge accomplishment.

Absolutely! Illinois is the must win game of the next 3 because we will most likely split the other two.

I think we can get the regular season title. And I'm more optimistic about our BTT chances with this years team based on how they seem to play to the level of their competition. If they are excited (and they should be) they could totally pull this one out. 

 

Slightly OT, but I think a lot of this is because of Thomas Bryant. It feels like last year's team didn't really have that emotional hype man personality.

Disagree.  After seeing them struggle against Minnesota at home and losing at Penn State, I really don't see Iowa beating Wisconsin, @ Michigan, and @ Ohio State while also beating us at home.

 

Especially when 3 out of 4 of those teams are still fighting for their tournament lives and need a quality win.

This is really out there, but if we can take the title outright AND win the B1G Tournament, we would get at least a 2 seed in the Big Dance.

msu went 3-1 without Valentine so I don't think him being out saved us. If he would of played the game they lost and won at worst we still would of shared it with them if we don't beat Maryland tomorrow
