But the problem is, when will IU see him again?
 
Reading the tea leaves, this isn't looking good guys. He does not want to play at IU. Even the good baseball players at New Albany go to UofL. It's a UofL town. The young kids down here don't care about IU.
Staff can only visit so many times. You don't know if Archie is keeping in touch with Romeo or not.

Before Romeo announced a top 3 Tim and Romeo both said in interviews that they would wait until spring to make a decision....
After he announced a top 3 Romeo and Tim have said in interviews that Romeo would like to make it to IU and Vandy to catch a game or practice on the IU visit and on the the vandy visit Saturday. They said they probably won’t make it back to Kansas for a game
So according to the families timeline (the only one that matters) they have followed it to a T. People will take away from the information in their own way but the family has told everyone what the plan has been. So for an overview a top uncommitted top 5 player who has cut his list to 3 is still being heavily recruited by all 3 (shocking) and it seems to me by all the information I have gathered through various outlets Romeo is still gathering information on all 3 of HIS finalist. People outside his circle might have all the necessary information to make his college choice for him but that’s not how this works.

Watching Vandy right now. When you combine their terrible gym with their half full crowd and said crowd's complete lack of enthusiasm, why in God's name would we not want Romeo to see that? By all means, soak in the experience.

Just for 2/23 which is when Romeo plays close to our very own campus, Archie will not be there. We play OSU, so it'd be very hard actually near impossible for Archie. A lot of games have fell on bad days for him to be able to make it if he wanted to, so people freaking out over that check their schedules it hasn't had a clear date that could be worked in and as I said most likely Archie is wanting to wait for Sectionals and beyond. If he thinks there is a certain game he will break the record he will do everything in his power to be there. Good news for us is, Damon Bailey will be there on the 23rd so that's nice. They two will talk I would bet money on that. Still a month left in this one so lots of things will go back and forth. I'm sure we will have some news that will make us look very good in that timeframe so don't worry.

Damon will actually be there Friday. Not the 23rd.

Even better right before his Vandy trip. Wasn't sure of the date but I knew he'd be at one of them. He will get some words with him so that's awesome. Hopefully the board doesn't collapse this weekend. Surprised Vandy pulled tonight's W out honestly. MSU's run came way to late.

Lol...man, you're touchy.  All I was saying that if you can't wait for Romeo's recruitment to be over, you could just avoid this thread until it's over.

Vandy is doing a tribute to Luke Kornett & Damian Jones. Idk how much appeal those guys will have on Romeo since they have both bounced around between NBA & the G League. Who knows. Scholly wise Vandy is fine, but adding Romeo would cause them to be over one as most know apparently Larry Austin has been pegged as the guy to be a grad transfer to make room. Have seen some say Matthew Fisher Davis could apply for a medical hardship to come back too.
