Any guesses.....

I know we never took him off the roster, so maybe he isn't technically a "new" player, but Fuchs coming back could satisfy Crean's statement. He would be a new player in the games.

Trouble with Latham is he is carrying too much weight without time to shed any. I'd love him to prove me wrong, but I can't see him playing at 300 lbs. Even Haas only carries 285 and he's part tree.

Yeah that's why I think it's Fuchs. Latham was a good basketball player in high school and could probably contribute to this team if our offense wasn't so fast paced and up and down the floor. He wouldn't be able to keep up.

G.O. could be added, but he cannot be a roster spot for a year. Agree likely a footballer

i don't think it is an outside kid (likely another sport already enrolled) but I thought we did have an open scholarship right now

High school player graduating mid term? Thon Maker was suppose to be eligible by this winter.

sadly we are barely on his radar anymore. He feels better with the current situations at Arizona State and Notre Dame than he does IU. Won't be Maker

We're in the running to get a visit. I wouldn't say we're "barely on the radar". (Not saying he comes midseason though. That's obviously not happening.)
