I was able to watch part of the UNLV game, and of course the rest of the games his season. Just want to give props to Juwan Morgan! He's come along nicely as a Freshman. He hustles and gives it his all. Very excited about the future he has here at IU. JM will be fun to watch develop. Anyone else have similar thoughts?

I actually think he is going to be a solid piece as an upperclassman. Maybe next year. Same with OG. I like both of their games. Just need to get pay the freshman learning curve.

I think he wears the shirt to cover up some brace he plays with on his shoulder. I don't know for sure but he wore it for HH and I saw a video of him with it on this week.

Only thing I didn't / haven't liked about his performance thus far were a couple bad selections shot wise. But other than that, good get, and let's hope he sticks it out unlike some others

The one game he's really played in (St. John's) he had a very efficient game but no impressive stats.

 

But, he's a freshman way low in the rotation. It's tough to make any judgments this early.

How was he terrible in the UNLV game? His shots were fine that he took, and his form looked good as well. He dove on the floor, has good instincts ( like his steal he had where he got fouled with no call), and constantly hustles. Just don't see where he had a bad game against UNLV.

I like OG much better, and think he has much higher upside than Morgan with his wingspan and athletic ability. I see Juwan being a solid player his Jr/Sr years, however.
