Even with Skal:

 

Skal and Bryant are both Mcd's AA centers.

Gunner Briscoe is a McD's AA 2-guard like Blackmon except JB is an experienced sophomore.

Soph Ulis and Senior Yogi are both MCd's AA Point Guards.

Marcus Lee and Hanner are pretty evenly matched and styled.

Poythress hasn't shown he's as good as Troy.

 

You taking Mathews or ROJO?

You taking the kid that spurned Purdue or Hartman?

You taking Hawkins or Nick Z?

You taking the juco kid or Davis, Holt, Morgan and Anunoby?

I think our team defense will be markedly improved and our great offense will be even better.

 

Just off the this list, Skal over TB, Briscoe over JBJ. Poythhress not nearly as good as TW, Yogi over Ullis is easy, Moulder and RoJo probably a wash, and would take Lee over Hanner.  In the top 6 give UK an edge in 3, us in 2 and a push in the last.  After that we are def better IMO, but the 1st 5 at UK will still be really good and I hate UK, after that they will have very little depth.  If all stay healthy it will be a lot like the Noel year, not picking NIT as that team was probably a 6-7 seed with a health NN
