I never claimed to be smarter than him. He was very adamant about Z not being able to contribute, and as I pointed out, his concerns were very fair. Luckily for all of us, Z is much better than many of us, myself included, expected.

I agree. Honestly, do we face another defense as good as Louisville this year? They are arguably the best defense in the country and we still put up 74 with a pretty bad second half of shooting.

He's been better than I expected.  I still don't like that we were going after MVC role players who had never shown being more than decent shooters and hoping them to contribute, in year 7.
