(2015) PF Juwan Morgan to IU

Recommended Posts

Sorry Napleshoosier for mixing Howard and Morgan on you! I am an IU grad from the fab 5 era and the Juwan I remember was Howard who played for UM. Slip of the tongue....I'll try to start saying Juwan instead!

On a side note--we beat the fab 5 every time we played them---was sweet!

Actually, we went 3-1 against them, the Hoosiers lost the away game the 91-92 season but won the other three.

Watch some tape of Morgan and Shake playing together. They work extremely well together on the floor. I really like Morgan, hope we land him. He'd be a multi-year player.

One thing I haven't seen mentioned, is that recruits always enjoy their visits to programs; the red carpet is rolled out for them. While that's good and all, it also matters how they feel after they get home and that initial feeling wears off.

I imagine that's what's going on today. IMO, if we don't get a commitment by Tuesday, we're out.

If we get him, great. If not, we will be fine. I would like to have him, but it's not the end of the world if we don't get him.

Hope he enjoyed his visit and we will see the combo of Morgan and Shake at IU.

Interesting that Marni doesn't follow any other recruits. Only players and Morgan.

I hate trying to read tea leaves because I have no actual knowledge of what is going on, but that seems like a positive sign to me.

I agree. Just getting bored waiting for news.
