Cal taking FULL advantage of rule changes

There is no limit to training tables now. Some of the SEC schools are sending portable restaurants(meals on wheels) out to their players. One budgeted a million dollars if I'm not mistaken. So With no limits the strongest will eat the best and the weakest will eat White Castles. The NCAA caved on this issue and soon to be more as the top 5 conferences will leave and start their own leading body.

A basketball coach who makes $5.2 million a year took his players out to lunch. Who cares? This post makes our fanbase look petty.

He always talked about how he wasn't allowed to put out cream cheese with the bagels for the players because of the old NCAA rules regarding feeding players. Now he is taking his players out to one of the most expensive restaurants (maybe, I have my doubts if that is even where they were at now) in the city for lunch. I thought it was interesting enough to share with everyone here.

White Castle should be reserved for the best

former Knight players have always discussed how important their pre-game meal was, and usually how extensive, well prepared, and delicious it was...

somebody had to foot the bill for the pre-game meal that fed 15 to 20 people every game, and I'm sure it wasn't the players...

don't get me wrong, this isn't a defend Cal post because I can't stand him...

but I think it's commonplace and perfectly legal to feed the fellas a pretty good meal on game day...

I would cut a motha for some Mother Bears right now. Although, having to wear a hoodie into work this morning because it was in the high 60s beats the hell out of what I would have to suffer for a slice of MBs.
