What about him has been so bad? He's averaging in double figures and his 3 point and free throw percentages are higher than any of our guards who are currently playing. Tennessee's staff wanted him every bit as badly as our staff did.

He is starting to come around….but he’s not the type of player we needed.

He’s just not very good. He hardly shoots the 3. He’s not a good ball handler. He was recruited to be our 3. Of All the guys we could have targeted. I do realize Tennessee wanted him and RP plays him 33 minutes, so there is something there but he never does anything impressive to me.

For IU? The fact that he was another power forward.  Roster already had plenty of those on the team and if IU gets him they probably miss out on MM.   although you could argue he is basically a PF as well.   My guess is they were selling him playing the 3 but he is definitely a 4.   For me I wish they would of concentrated on the wings and guards and then filled in with the rest
