Hadnt watched Duke or North Carolina all year. Neither having good seasons and no excuse for it. The skill and athleticism is off the chart.

I think Roy is either A) Just done trying or B) He had a lot to work on and the pandemic interfered with that.

I watched a few minutes of that game and Brooks impressed me during the stretch. He has put on a little bulk, was rebounding, and doing some things at mid-level. I would love for him to come here next year.

It’s easy to see when he goes for 20 and 10! Lol

On a regular basis, he plays with a high motor and has reasonably good form on his outside shot. I also saw his post game interview on behalf of his teammates yesterday. He did not look happy at all. “Losing sucks“ was his primary take away.

Well, yeah! But I honestly didn’t know his stat line. I watched maybe three minutes. It was all eye test and he passed! With free again you starting next year I wonder if this Keion to IU train could build any steam.

The numbers say those are wonderful wins but Providence, Maryland, Penn State and Butler... Not very good of teams this season. Especially Butler.

Not sure about all of them being "wonderful wins", but I agree to a certain extent.

However, under the tourney metrics, those are all 'quality' wins. No question that the two Iowa wins and the Stanford win are the best ones. Moreover, Butler, Providence, Penn State and Butler all have very high level games left on their schedule, and can continue to help themselves help us to resume build.

Numbers don’t say Butler is a wonderful win.   Numbers say it’s a Q3 win.   Maryland and Penn St are in the conversation for an at-large bid at this time.  Some have Maryland projected as a tourney team as of today and if they beat Ohio St tonight I will have them projected in.   Penn St is a good team that has played a brutal and I mean brutal schedule.  13 of their 15 games are against top 50 net teams.  Numbers say they are a decent team and the eye test tells me they are a decent team.   The thing with eye test is you actually have to watch them play for people to use the eye test argument.  I’ve seen all but 2 of their games.   Providence is struggling right now but Cooley is a great coach I would never count him out. My guess is they turn it around.  Even if they don’t a neutral court win over them is a solid win
