TheWatShot Posted February 11, 2015 Posted February 11, 2015 Kentucky is about as close to perfect as any team I've ever seen. Too many things have to go right for someone to beat them. I just don't see it happening. Quote
Beowulf50 Posted February 11, 2015 Posted February 11, 2015 [quote name="BlueDevil2aHoosier" post="135446" timestamp="1423619792"] Another **** possession. They'll go undefeated.[/ They will get beat first round dammit. Smart coaching and smart play beats this band of mercenaries. Hutch89 1 Quote
TheWatShot Posted February 11, 2015 Posted February 11, 2015 That was the basketball equivalent of a football team that's down by 17 in the 4th quarter scoring three straight times to take the lead with 2 minutes to go, then letting the other team go 80 yards for the game winner. LSU shot their wad during that big run. Quote
JSHoosier Posted February 11, 2015 Posted February 11, 2015 So much stupid from LSU at the end, especially that last play. How many times is a player going to drive baseline late in the game and step on the lane against UK? That exact thing has happened at critical times the last two games. Beowulf50 1 Quote
Beowulf50 Posted February 11, 2015 Posted February 11, 2015 LSU did not play smart down the stretch. UK will not end the season undefeated. They will get beat in the tournament. In my house it will be an extra Holliday when it happens. Hutch89, WayneFleekHoosier and Alford Bailey 3 Quote
Alford Bailey Posted February 11, 2015 Posted February 11, 2015 Guys, this ok. I think they only lose once. I want it to be in the tourney. Think of the pressure on them by tourney time. Loss in the tourney means no undefeated season AND no title. Napleshoosier and LIHoosier 2 Quote

Beowulf50 Posted February 11, 2015 Posted February 11, 2015 The NCAA is too dumb to catch them cheating. A fundimently sound team just needs to beat them. Quote

NOLA Hoosier Posted February 11, 2015 Posted February 11, 2015 This UK team has to be the worst undefeated team ever. No doubt! I feel like this is a bad year for college basketball in general, not just the B1G or the SEC. If I were the NBA this year I'd be like "nah, maybe next year." Townie 1 Quote
HoosierHoops1 Posted February 11, 2015 Posted February 11, 2015 Kentucky writing another chapter in their legacy as the best team of all time. These guys simply can't be beat. probably not top 500 Quote

Townie Posted February 11, 2015 Posted February 11, 2015 Until they meet big jah if Duke beats UK, it won't be because of okafor imho. The guards will need to step up their D and be on fire from 3. Kentucky, Texas, LSU, baylor maybe?, Unc kinda, and a few other schools have the luxury of huge frontline which can contain the big fella. That's not to say, he can't have a really good game and get them all into foul trouble, *shrug* Quote

If I were the NBA this year I'd be like "nah, maybe next year." I think it's a bad year for the traditional powerhouses.. flordia, uconn, even LOU to a certain extent, are all underachieving. There's definitely a lot more parity between this big marquee schools and mid majors now too Quote
Townie Posted February 11, 2015 Posted February 11, 2015 This UK team has to be the worst undefeated team ever. not arguing, but what are some other "bad" undefeated teams? I'm only 24, so I haven't been following cbb for that long, the teams that i can remember off the top of my head are... -Jameer Nelson's St. Johns team - dont remember what year -that Illionois team that lost to UNC in the NCAA final head, brown, augustine, deron williams -wichita state last year what other ones in recent memory are out there?
