But we don’t have them. Purdue has better lockerrooms. Kentucky, UNC, Duke, Oregon, UCLA, and Kansas do as well. UNC has an awesome players’ lounge in their practice facility. It blows ours out of the water. The basketball players should be walking in hallways made of gold. We have to demand the best to be the best.

The failure to have those has nothing to do with our football team

So PU and their one year old locker room is more advanced than ours? I am shocked. Considering we got Cook Hall and they have to share 95% of what they have with their football team I will take Cook Hall. Also, we don’t spend hardly any time in our locker room. They are in Cook Hall which connects to AH. I have literally no clue what you are complaining about and I don’t think you do either. It went from Football needing to improve our Facilities to our locker room we don’t use isn’t up to par. Just once I want you to skip the irrelevant items and just post, “I want to *****”. There is nothing wrong with that. I get like that sometimes too. Ask my kids they will tell you .

I just looked up the rpi rankings and it said that Minnesota is 75 now but was 74 previously. Wouldnt that make our win a tier 1 win?

Yes. They are right on the edge. They were 76 when I looked right after we won. Any road win 1-75 rpi is a tier 1 win. If they are at 75 then IU would have 2 Tier 1 wins. Now you hope Minny goes on a run to improve their rpi

One of the worst days of the year during college basketball season. No televised or streaming games tonight. I guess I will watch a football game.

Might be able to find a football game worth watching, instead, if you search around.

they weren’t suppose to be that bad the last couple of years with the talent they had but they underachieved. Holtmann is absolutely a great young coach. Bates-Diop is playing like the stud he was suppose to be his first couple years and Tate is just a upperclassman (top 100) kid that is playing like a senior should play. If Miller would of been hired by OSU people would of said IU made a mistake. If IU hired holtmann people would of said IU made a mistake. I personally think both programs are in solid hands for the long haul. If you want to be pissed because another coach at another team is having success sooner then your guy then that’s people right but don’t expect me to flip out because OSU is having a better year then IU.
Tier 1 wins: OSU 1
IU 1

I was able to watch Diop play 1 game in HS when they played against my downtown's high school in the Supersectional to go to our Final Four. I wasn't impressed with him in the first half, but that second half changed my impression of him. We were up by 16 or 18 with about a minute left in the 3rd period. It soon became his show. We couldn't stop and panicked a little on offense, which allowed Uhigh back in the game. He hit a shot with about 10 sec left to go up one. We brought the ball up, called time out and set up a play. Our shot rolled around the rim and fell off like Michigan's shot when IU won the Big Ten 4 or 5 yrs ago.

They do use the Assembly Hall lockerrooms and their blandness has been noted by recruits. I didn’t shift the goalposts at all. IU’s basketball facilities are not the best. Rabjohns said so himself.

A good football program puts butts in the seats and fans will pay higher ticket prices to attend games. An expanded Memorial Stadium that draws 60k every game would provide millions in funds to ensure the basketball program’s facilities are the best in the nation.

Once again the fact we don't have those things has nothing to do with lack of money.  As many people have said

And until you can etablish that is in fact the case. Your point isn't valid. The lockerrooms not getting renovated is a mistake or an oversight for sure. It was not a painful choice made because of lack of funds.

OT lol. Lafayette hits a 3 at the buzzer to send it to OT. Even when no games are televised basketball always delivers

I have never seen a recruit mention the “blandness” of our Facilities. Can you find one example? Not hearsay. Actual recruit in an article. I follow Peegs too and this one you are pulling out of your @$$. Cook Hall? Recruits talk about how great it is. Assembly Hall? They talk about how loud and the history.

A good football program does very little for the basketball program. See, IU basketball carries those other sports financially. Donation wise our program has an open checkbook if needed. If we have added revenue it would also go towards other sports and the upgrades and updates they have needed and been neglected for years. It would be years before the basketball program got a bump if any. Which they probably wouldn’t considering our program is a top 10-15 in expenditure annually. Doesn’t fit the narrative though eh?

LMAO  --  ETSU'S JURKIN NAMED PLAYER OF THE WEEK    who'd a thought?

Jurkin averaged 15.0 points and 6.5 rebounds in just 20.5 minutes per game as the Bucs improved to 12-4 overall and 3-0 in SoCon play with a pair of road wins over league opponents.

Lol. That's great. Amazing he still is playing college basketball.
